2019 agm silent auction
in support of Lois Hole Hospital Women’s Research Centre
MENOPAUSE and MENTAL HEALTH
Women are two to four times more likely to have an episode of major depression during menopause than at other times in their lives.
At this year’s Conference, as part of promoting greater support and understanding of mental health issues, we are holding a Silent Auction to raise awareness and compassion for women experiencing depression, anxiety, sleep disorders or other mental health problems.
Your gift, small or large, will ensure resources are available for continued research and help prevent tragic outcomes such as the heart-breaking story of Elizabeth Lidstone-Black, wife of Ken Black, one of our AASP instructors.
Proceeds of the Auction will go to the Lois Hole Hospital, Women’s Research Centre, Edmonton.
We need items for the silent auction, anything that will generate some bidding would be great. Gift baskets, corporate jackets, shirts, outdoor supplies, PPE, fire extinguishers are just examples of what would make for a good auction.
Please contact carol@aasp.ca and let her know what the item will be and who is sponsoring the item.

We have seating reserved for up to 350 Attendants
– Seats will sell fast, so don’t miss out –
