AASP AGM & FALL CONFERENCE

SPONSOR AND EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

 

Every year, the Alberta Association for Safety Partnerships (AASP) hosts a Professional Development Conference (PDC) for our members. This Fall Conference normally attracts 200 – 350 delegates from our 3,200+ Member Organizations, which include a variety of members from all industries. Our delegates include Safety and HR Professionals, Management, Operations Managers, HSC/HSR Members, etc.
Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor opportunities are available each year for both Member and Non-Member Organizations. Those who choose to support us in this way will receive full access to our Fall Conference while also being able to increase your visibility and corporate profile among our attendees.

Sponsors will be able to attend and have their advertising be used throughout our promotional materials, and Exhibitors will have their booths set up within the conference space, allowing them to benefit from the content of the event and network with all who are in attendance.

Exhibitor Booths are available in a limited quantity. You are able to purchase an Exhibitor Booth alone, or combine it with any of the Sponsorship Packages above. Please specify on your registration form if you are purchasing a Sponsorship, an Exhibitor Booth, or both.

*Exhibitor booths are located around the perimeter of the conference room. These seats allow Exhibitors to attend the full conference and promote their booths during breaks.

FAQs

I purchased a Sponsorship AND Exhibitor Booth – how many seats do I get?

Your Sponsorship Package includes one or two seats (depending on the package purchased) that will be among the general audience seating. There are no assigned seats for this area.

Your Exhibitor Booth will provide you with two additional seats at your assigned location along the perimeter of the room.

How many seats are at each table?

The conference room will be filled with round tables, seating 8 – 10 people each. If you are purchasing multiple seats and need assistance with registering, please reach out to us!

Where will my Exhibitor Booth be?

You will be assigned a booth around the perimeter of the conference room. This means you get to attend the full conference with the rest of the participants!

When you arrive at the venue, your booth will be labelled with your company name, or you can find one of the organizers to help guide you to your location.

Will there be power at my Exhibitor Booth?

There will be power available at all booth locations.

What are the image requirements for logos and ads?

All Sponsors and Exhibitors will be asked to submit a logo for use in conference materials. For this, we ask that you submit a PNG if possible (JPEG images will also work) that has clear resolution. As long as the image is clear, we can resize it as needed for different areas it will be used.

Sponsor ads will be placed in our conference brochure. This will be printed on standard Letter Sized paper. The ad itself can either be submitted as a completed PDF, PNG, or JPEG file that can be inserted into our brochure. Sizing for your ad will depend on the Sponsorship Package that is purchased:

  • Platinum Plus – 8.5 x 11 inches ( 2550 x 3300 px)
  • Platinum, Gold – 8.5 x 5.5 inches ( 2550 x 3300 px)
  • Silver, Bronze – 4.25 x 5.5 inches ( 1275 x 1650 px)
