The discussion will examine how leadership, systems, and everyday decisions shape safety outcomes, and what organizations can do to meaningfully advance their safety culture. Drawing on Glyn’s perspective of having worked as a consultant for hundreds of companies, we’ll consider the relationship between organizational culture, safety climate, leadership behaviour, and everyday decision-making, and why improving safety performance requires more than rules, programs, or slogans.
